West Indies wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin tweeted immediately after the end of the fourth One-Day International (ODI) against India at Dharamsala on Friday. The Windies have called off the tour amidst dispute with the player association.

Ramdin tweeted saying: “Thank god am going home,this was some of the hardest days of my life playing under so much stress.know god is great.” [sic]

 


 

At the toss, the entire team had turned up as a mark of support for skipper Dwayne Bravo. Bravo said in the post match presentation that they tried their best to put cricket first. Towards the end of the match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India also put up the full text of the communication with the manager and West Indies Cricket Board (WICB).
