Table-toppers Dhaka Dynamites are all set to take on Rajshahi Kings in match No. 21 of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2016. The match will be played at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong. The Dynamites, who had been maintaining a positive run winning back to back matches, were defeated in their last fixture by Khulna Titans. This is their chance to again get back to winning terms while the Rajshahi Kings, after having a not so good time in the league so far, will look to get the big guns and reinstate themselves as one of the powerful sides. Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2016: Schedule and Time Table

The biggest challenge for the Kings is probably the fact that their captain, Daren Sammy is not as much acquainted with the playing conditions as the other captains. However, we saw in the Indian Premier League (IPL) how David Warner went on to lead the side win their first title. While facing the Dynamites, who have been amongst the dominant sides of the tournament, they will be under a psychological pressure of playing big stars of international cricket while their own team does not consist of many such players.

The trend of the league though shows a different picture. Khulna Titans, despite not being a star-studded team, are among the top three and it is their team game that is winning them matches. Rajshahi Kings, who have won only one match so far and have been defeated by Comilla Victorians, who are at the bottom of the table, can take note from the Titans and move ahead with intelligent use of limited resources.

Kings have one of the biggest stars of the nation, Sabbir Rahman in their side who can be the game changer for them, given he finds ample support from the other side. Though the player has the ability to play his own big knock amidst landslide of wickets, it is hard to achieve a good total one the board with just one man fighting. Names like Mominul Haque, Umar Akmal, Sammy and Milina Siriwardene will have to step in and take up responsibilities with the bat.

The bowling is a lot dependent upon emerging star Mehedi Hasan. Mehedi impressed everyone with his terrific performance with the ball in the series against England and will have to replicate such a performance to help his side win matches. The bowling, as a whole, needs improvement.

Dynamites, on the other hand, look settled and have very few changes to make. Looked upon as the probable winners of the season of the domestic league for their clinical performance, the Dynamites have all the reasons to call themselves safe for qualification to the next round. The team consists of Shakib Al Hasan, Kumar Sangakkara, Dwayne Bravo, Mahela Jayawardene, Andre Russell among international stars, they have Mehedi Maruf and Mosaddek Hossain who have proved to be quintessential members of the side.

The bowling is also rich with the presence of Seekkuge Prasanna, Ravi Bopara and local talents like Mohammad Shahid.
