Cricketers are engaging in fun activities to keep their spirits high during the 21-day lockdown. On Wednesday, India opener Rohit Sharma decided to have a live Instagram session with pacer Jasprit Bumrah. While the two cricketers were having a conversation, wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant claimed he can hit bigger sixes than Rohit.

The Mumbai Indians skipper said Pant has not played cricket for more than one year and wants to have a battle of hitting sixes with him. “Mere sath usko karna hai? Sa*a ek saal hua nahi usko cricket khelke, chhakke ka competition kar rha hai,” Rohit Sharma said in his live Instagram session. The video of the same is also going viral at the moment.

While expressing disappointment over IPL getting postponed, Bumrah and Rohit discussed other cricketing issues in the chat as well.

From Virat Kohli to Shreyas Iyer to Yuzvendra Chahal, all of them look proactive these days on their official handles. Moreover, players like Harbhajan Singh and Yuvraj Singh were spotted sharing awareness about Coronavirus in a clip too.

Meanwhile, most of the cricketers also donated money to fight the coronavirus outbreak.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to 50 deaths in the country as per official estimates with close to 2,000 people infected by the deadly virus, which has claimed over 40,000 lives worldwide.
