As many as 17 pictures drawn by England players and Sky Sports and BBC’s commentary team will be auctioned to raise awareness about Saturday’s (16 August) Cricket United Day.
David ‘Bumble’ Lloyd, Michael Vaughan, James Anderson and Moeen Ali were some of the popular subjects. Joe Root was a top contributor as he drew three pictures. All drawings featured England cricketers, except one of Shane Warne done by Sam Robson.
England are currently playing India in a five match series at home. The hosts lead the series 2-1, with one match still to be played.
