India are all set to to clash against Zimbabwe for final ODI at Harare Sports Club on Wednesday. India included many new players on their side prior to the tour, resting experienced players. One such player who caught the eye on many was Faiz Fazal. Now that India are aiming for whitewash in ODI series against hosts, MS Dhoni is all set to include the much hyped batsman to their side. Fazal received the India cap from Dhoni on Wednesday morning ahead of the match at Harare. Fazal is a stylish left-hander batsman from Vidarbha who played a key role in ensuring that his side topped Group A of the Ranji Trophy 2015-16, above teams such as Delhi, Bengal and Karnataka. Dhoni has been successful with the new bunch who had no experience in the international field that included Mandeep Singh, KL Rahul, Yuzvendra Chahal and many more. Rahul and Chahal have already created their mark in this tour. Rahul scored his debut ODI century in the opening game while Chahal showed his talents with googlies grabbing three wickets, breaking the momentum of Zimbabwe in the 2nd ODI. Ambati Rayudu has also been a key factor for India’s win in all the matches. This will be the moment for Fazal to show his talents on larger podium. India’s clinical performance in past two ODIs have restricted host below 200 on board. With the lead in this series, Dhoni has achieved another feather to his cap by winning an ODI series after 2014 when West Indies toured India. India will aim to complete the campaign on positive note while Zimbabwe will want to finish off with pride.
