Former England cricketer Chris Tremlett, who retired recently from all forms of cricket, has now become an online property agent for The Home Cloud estate agency based out of Berkshire, England. Tremlett, who played a pivotal role for England in the 2010-11 Ashes series in Australia taking 17 wickets in 3 Tests, retired with a prolific career with 53 wickets from 2007 to 2012. He joins fellow ex- surrey player and founder of The Home Cloud Property agency, Tom Jewell. Tremlett, 34,  played  15 One-Day Internationals (ODIs)  and one Twenty20 International (T20I) for England, with his last match being the first of the Ashes against Australia in November 2013. His First-Class career which spanned 15 years for Surrey, Hampshire and England taking 459 wickets, was also known for his handy batting in the lower order. Speaking about his new job Tremlett was quoted as saying by The Home Cloud’s blog, “Wearing the Three Lions was the pinnacle and I enjoyed every minute of the challenge, experience and ultimately the success that the team had. I have been extremely fortunate to have enjoyed such a fantastic and memorable career and lucky enough to play with and against some of the best players in the world. Now I’m looking forward to applying the same focus and determination that enabled me to achieve my England ambitions to my new career. Tom Jewell was a colleague of mine at Surrey and I’ve followed with admiration his launch of The Home Cloud and I am really excited to now be part of the team.”

Tom was upbeat about inclusion of Tremlett in his company, he expressed, “Having Chris join our expanding business is really exciting. I know him well and his attitude, character, professionalism and determination will be a tremendous asset to the team. Chris has been involving himself in learning the business as time has allowed. We can’t wait to have him working full time as the Director responsible for finding properties for investors and those home owners seeking their dream home, as well as managing the London end of our sales and letting activities.”
