Gautam Gambhir reaches 3,00 runs in the Indian Premier League (IPL) during the match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Gambhir opened the innings with Robin Uthappa and needed just four runs to reach this milestone. Gambhir and Co. were set a target of 166 to win this match in the IPL 2015 ecmounter. Gambhir previously played for Delhi Daredevils (DD) in the IPL as well. He will look to make amends after he got out for a duck in the previous game against the same opposition. His partnership with Uthappa is going to be crucial in determining the fate of this game. Uthappa was looking in good touch in the previous game till he was dismissed by R Ashwin for 39.
