Harbhajan Singh confident of Yuvraj Singh's early return to international cricket

The 30-year-old Yuvraj Singh who returned India on Monday, was discharged on March 18 from a hospital in the United States

Ace spinner Harbhajan Singh met his longtime friend and star cricketer Yuvraj Singh on Saturday who returned India this week after completing the Chemotherapy treatment for lung tumour in USA.

Delighted to see Yuvraj in good health, Harbhajan said the southpaw will be back in action soon. He shared a pic with Yuvraj on twitter and tweeted, “Met the Badshah today. He is in good spirits and will be back soon,” tweeted the spinner along with this picture.

Yuvraj returned to the country on Monday after spending more than two months in the United States and London to recuperate from a malignant tumour between his lungs and today addressed the media at his cricket academy at Gurgaon. Since his arrival, has been visited and wished by several cricketers including Kevin Pietersen.

Yuvraj had been in the United States undergoing treatment since the end of January for a rare germ cell between his lungs. He underwent chemotherapy in Indianapolis at the Indiana University’s IU Simon Cancer Center under the supervision of Rohatgi and Lawrence H Einhorn, who had headed the treatment of cycling champion Lance Armstrong in 1996.

The 30-year-old returned home on Monday to a rousing reception from adoring fans.
