Hashim Amla posted his 25th One-Day International half-century against Australia in the final of the triangular series at Harare on Saturday. Amla reached the milestone moments after Faf du Plessis reached his fifty, as South Africa were comfortable cruising at 110 for the loss of one wicket at the end of 21 overs.

Australia finished at 217 for nine against South Africa, as Dale Steyn’s four-wicket-haul derailed the innings in the final of the Zimbabwe Triangular series 2014 at Harare. Barring Aaron Finch, no Australian batsman crossed 50, while their highest partnership of 71 was for the ninth wicket.

South Africa won the toss and included spinner Imran Tahir in the playing XI as they elected to field. Australia on the other hand will be looking looking to bury the ghosts of the shock defeat at the hands of Zimbabwe by lifting the series trophy at the end of the match.
