Punjab Kings entered the upcoming IPL Auction with Rs 11.50 crore remaining in their budget. The team can now add 4 more players – two from overseas and two from India – bringing their squad to the maximum size of 16. Shreyas Iyer was retained for Rs 26.75 crore, Yuzvendra Chahal for Rs 18 crore, Marcus Stoinis for Rs 11 crore, and Marco Jansen for Rs 7 crore.
The Punjab Kings will not have any Right to Match (RTM) cards in the auction, However, the teams could retain any numbers of players with no set limit.
