Hong Kong were reeling on 36 for the loss of five wickets after 13 overs, in the fourth Twenty 20 International (T20I) match against Nepal at Colombo. Earlier in the match, the Nepal batting order had collapsed for 72.
Nepal were 25 for eight at one point, and Sompal Kami had scored a valiant 40 to rescue his team. None of the other Nepal batsman were able to score in double digits.
In response, Hong Kong made a stuttering start as they lost their first four wickets after putting up just 12 runs on the board. Three of their batsman were dismissed for a duck. At the time of publication, Hong Kong needed 37 runs from 42 balls with five wickets in hand.
