Ian Bell is dismissed for 34 off 45 deliveries by Mitchell Marsh after a brilliant catch by Mitchell Starc at deep mid-wicket. Joe Root soon followed Bell back to the pavilion after he just managed five off 12 balls. Marsh’s hat-trick delivery is negotiated well by skipper Eoin Morgan. England are in deep trouble now and it is up to the skipper Morgan to resurrect the England innings.  Live Updates: Australia vs England Pool A match at Melbourne

Australia are well on top at the moment and it seems as though England will collapse to a low score yet again. Eoin Morgan won the toss and decided that England will bowl first on this pitch at Melbourne. He would have been happy initially but as Aaron Finch and George Bailey took control, it seemed like it would be difficult for England to claw their way back. Glenn Maxwell’s 30-ball half-century too helped Australia post this huge score. ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: POINTS TABLE
