Former Australia cricketer Dean Jones went on a rant against the Australian team after their 243-run humiliation at the hands of India in the warm-up fixture prior to the ICC Champions Trophy.
 
Australia had started the game well, restricting India to 55 for five before Dinesh Karthik (146 not out) and captain MS Dhoni (91) shared a 211-run stand to take them to a commanding 308 for six. In reply, Australia were bowled out for a paltry 65.
 
Jones, who played 52 Tests and 164 One-Day Internationals (ODIs) for Australia in a 10-year career, took to social networking platform Twitter to vent his fury. Here is what he said:

Australia will take on hosts England in their first match of the main tournament on June 8 at Birmingham. Australia are slotted in Group ‘A’ with England, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
