India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat against Sri Lanka in their ICC World Twenty20 Championship at Colombo on Saturday.

India lost their last T20 match against New Zealand at Chennai and would be aimming to comeback strong ahead of the start of the tournament.

Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh will be the players to look out for, as the former has been performing consistenly for India and especially against the Sri Lankans and the latter who has comeback to international cricket after a long battle with cancer.

Mahela Jayawardene and Tillakaratne Dilshan hit half-centuries to steer the host nation to victory.
