South Africa skipper AB de Villiers smashed half-century to take the team to a challenging total against New Zealand in their ICC World Twenty20 Championship warm-up match at Colombo on Monday. 

 

The Proteas were put to bat first after New Zealand won the toss. JP Duminy scored 30 rums off 24 balls.

 

Adam Milne and James Franklin took two wickets each for the Black Caps as South Africa set up a target of 187.
