The fans needn’t be worried as rain is forecast only for Tuesday. The forecast on weather.com.au says that it would be mostly sunny on Wednesday and warm on Thursday. Hence, any fears of the semi-final being threatened by rain can be brushed aside.

The excitement for the semi-final is building and a predominantly Indian crowd is expected. Some suggest that as many as 70 percent of the spectators could be Indians. Fans are expected from different parts of Australia and from overseas. The India-Australia game is billed as a big encounter given the recent rivalry between the two sides.
