Rohit reveals senior team followed youngsters' journey during Tests

Rohit Sharma wished the Indian Under-19 team good luck for their final against Australia U-19 in the ICC U-19 World Cup 2018. India U-19 have reached the final without any defeat while Australia U-19 lost their first match in the group stage.

Rohit revealed that the senior team was following their World Cup journey even during the Test series against South Africa. BCCI tweeted a video of Rohit on twitter with a caption “The #MenInBlue are rooting for the #BoysInBlue all the way from South Africa #U19CWC”

Both India U-19 and Australia U-19 have won the World Cup thrice in history and are all set to add one more to the number. The match is scheduled to be played on February 3 at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui. The last time when both the teams played at the venue India defeated Australia by 100 runs.

Meanwhile in the senior team, India defeated South Africa by six wickets in the first ODI as they took a lead in the six match ODI series.
