India are cruising along in chase of 273 against Bangladesh in the first One-Day International (ODI) at Dhaka on Sunday. On what looked like a slow wicket when the hosts were batting, Indian openers, Robin Uthappa and Ajinkya Rahane are making it look like a cakewalk. There is no lateral movement on offer to trouble the batsmen. India are 77 for no loss in 13 overs.

Wile Uthappa has been fluent carrying his form from the Indian Premier League hitting the big shots and picking the gaps at will. On the other hand, after a watchful start, Rahane too hasn’t shied away from coming down the track to play his shots.

In the 13th over of Shakib Al Hasan, Uthappa chipped one inside out for a six. That shot showed the sublime form he is in.
