England are in a winning position on Day 5 of the third Test match at Southampton. The hosts require six wickets in order to win the match and level series on the final day. India are 112 for the loss of four wickets, and trail by 333 runs.

While optimists may place faith in Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma to rescue India, it is a tough ask for both of them given the form in which England bowlers are. Rain could play a savior, but the weather forecast predicts that to be unlikely.

The time between 9 AM and 11 AM, is predicted to be mostly sunny in Southampton according to weather.com. The time between 11 AM to 3 PM will be partly cloudy and the time between 3 PM to 6 PM will be mostly cloudly. No rain is predicted.
