India have handed out a Test debut for off-spinner Jayant Yadav in the second Test against England at Vizag. Jayant has replaced Amit Mishra in this match. Other than Jayant, India also have Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja as their spinners. Coincidentally, Jayant made his One-Day International (ODI) in the same venue, when India played New Zealand in the series decider few days ago. Jayant has 117 First-Class wickets to his name and also averages over 28 with the bat for Haryana, batting low down the order. With KL Rahul fit, India have also included him in the playing XI in place of Gautam Gambhir. Full Cricket Scorecard: India vs England 2nd Test at Vizag

With Alastair Cook, Ben Duckett, Ben Stokes and Moeen Ali all left-handers, India have perhaps made the sensible call of including two off-spinners in the side. India and England played out a draw in the first Test at Rajkot. England too have have made one change to their playing XI. They have included their leading wicket-taker James Anderson in the side in place of all-rounder Chris Woakes. Anderson has not played Test cricket since August, when England played Pakistan at The Oval. He has since missed the Bangladesh tour and was flown in late for the series against India. This Test will also ,ark the 50th appearance of Joe Root and India skipper Virat Kohli. Root made his debut in Nagpur four years back, while Kohli played his first Test at the Caribbean five years ago.

India have won the toss in this crucial toss and have elected to bat first.
