England bowlers Steven Finn picked up his first five-wicket haul in One-Day International (ODI) when he bowled Indian batsman Akshar Patel in the third One-Day International at The Gabba on Tuesday.

India were six wickets down when Patel came to bat, just after Mahendra Singh Dhoni departed, when he was caught by Jos Buttler. This left Finn on a hat-trick, but Bhuvneshwar Kumar was able to avoid it.

Finn took the wickets of Ajinkya Rahane, Ambati Rayudu and Virat Kohli, before dismissing the Dhoni and Patel.

England is playing four pacers in the match and the Indian batsmen have struggled till now. At the end of the 37th over, India had scored 141 for the loss of seven wickets. Rahane scored 33.

Stuart Binny was 37 not out. James Anderson and Moeen Ali had taken one wicket each.
