Bowlers provided India a strong start, not allowing Pakistan batsmen to get away as they were 21 for no loss after seven overs, chasing 263 to win in the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2014 at Dubai on Saturday.
Sami Aslam was batting on four not out, accompanied by Imam-Ul-Haq on nine.
Sanju Samson and Sarfaraz Khan added 119 runs for the fifth wicket to help India set 263–run target against Pakistan in the seventh match of the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2014 at Dubai on Saturday. Electing to bat, India scored 262 for seven from their allotted 50 overs.
Samson scored 68 off 101 balls and Sarfaraz hit a quickfire 74 to help India revive from a precarious position of 94 for four from 20 overs.
Sarfaraz played strokes around the ground as he was the more aggressive one in the 119-run stand between him and Samson, which set the platform for a competitive total.
