South Africa are set to face Mumbai Cricket Association XI at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai on March 15. Same day India will lock horns with New Zealand for the first Super-10 stage of Group B. India and South Africa will led by their regular Twenty20 International (T20I) skippers, MS Dhoni and Faf du Plessis.

While India’s batting line-up that features the likes of Rohit, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina and Dhoni is considered to be one of the strongest line-up in the shortest format, the Proteas are no less strong with AB de Villiers, du Plessis, Quinton de Kock, David Miller and JP Duminy. Meanwhile, India have recently found a balanced bowling attack in Jaspirt Bumrah, Ashish Nehra, Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Hardik Pandya. The South Africans have Dale Steyn, Kasigo Rabada and Imran Tahir who have the capability to trouble a worl-class batting line-up.
