The Day Four was no different as well, as it was Indian pacer Mohammed Shami, who was seen throwing up on the field, before being taken back to the dressing room. Earlier on Day Three, Sri Lanka's Suranga Lakmal too faced the same issue, while on Day Two, it was most of the Sri Lankan players, who were having difficulty in breathing and were seen playing by wearing masks. Nevertheless, Shikhar Dhawan on Tuesday gave some positive update on Shami's condition and confirmed that he would be in action on the final day. FULL CRICKET SCORECARD: India vs Sri Lanka 2017-18, 3rd Test at Delhi

On Shami's condition and Delhi's pollution

"Shami is fine. You will see him in action tomorrow. We have so many players who are not from Delhi. But we as a group have a job on our hand. Of course there is high pollution in Delhi. [But] it is our responsibility to play and focus on cricket. Probably they [Sri Lankans] may be feeling it. There are so many beaches in Sri Lanka and pollution level is less in places where there are beaches," said Dhawan during the post-day press conference.

On India's chances

"We will try our best to go for the win tomorrow. Pressure is on them."
