Ravichandran Ashwin managed to dismiss Darren Bravo just at the stroke of lunch to give India an upper hand in the second Test between India and West Indies at Wankhede Stadium on Thursday. The visitors are 86 for the loss of two wickets. Bravo was dismissed for 29.

The bowlers had kept the batsmen in check right since morning. Kieran Powell and Bravo had stabilised the innings. Against Ashwin, Bravo tried for a defensive push but the ball turned and bounced as the edge went straight in the gloves of MS Dhoni.

Ashwin almost had the second one when a shot by Samuels ballooned in the air.

Powell though got a reprieve early in the innings when Ashwin dropped a simple catch in the slips.
