India‘s cricket team’s kit for the year 2015 has been released by their manufacturers Nike. The colours of the apparel remain the same with only a few changes in pattern on it. India are set to don this jersey for the ICC World Cup 2015 and they will first wear it during the upcoming tri-series against England and Australia Down Under.

 

India will begin their tri-series campaign with a game against Australia on January 18, 2015 in Melbourne. However, all the focus is on the big event, i.e. the ICC World Cup 2015. India will begin its campaign against Pakistan in Adelaide on February 15, 2015. They then move to Melbourne to play South Africa. India will also face West Indies, Ireland, United Arab Emirates and Zimbabwe in their group for the big event.

India will be led by skipper MS Dhoni at the World Cup. The team also features the likes of Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. On the bowling front, India have Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mohammed Shami. India have spinners such as Ravichandran Ashwin, Akshar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja. This team has been backed by many to do well at the World Cup, where India will defend its crown.
