The Indian Premier League (IPL) is far beyond just cricket. Even the hairstyle sported by the cricketers has a touch of IPL in it.

Virat Kohli has emerged as a new icon for youngsters with his attitude and performance. His hairstyle has also become a craze in the ongoing sixth edition of the tournament.

Kolkata Knight Riders’ Caribbean spinner Sunil Narine has not only tormented the batsmen with the ball, his ‘mohawk’ has also caught the attention of the fans.

Batting great Sachin Tendulkar, turning out for the Mumbai Indians, has a new spike, while Royal Challengers’ hard-hitting Jamaican batsman Chris Gayle’s unique dreadlocks are all becoming the talk of the style freaks.

The most noticeable hairdo this time has been of “sir” Ravindra Jadeja, who sports the special Chennai Super Kings design on his head.

Veteran Sri Lankan and Mumbai Indians pacer Lasith Malinga‘s golden curls have for years made him famous apart from his heroics with the leather. Malinga’s style has become a money-spinner for wig-makers.

Abhishek Nayar’s (Pune Warriors India) dishevelled and side layered hair has also been much talked about.
