Just two days before the start of IPL 2016, Royal Challengers Bangalore have unveiled their new team jersey for their fans to see on Facebook. The image shared on Facebook involves Virat Kohli wearing the home jersey, whereas AB de Villiers donning the away one. The home jersey looks very stylish, with new combination of red and black chosen. The away jersey is somewhat similar, except the red is on top and black below it. In earlier seasons, RCB used to wear a red and golden jersey. They would hope the new kit will bring new fortunes for the side, who are yet to win the IPL. FULL SCORECARD: RCB vs SRH, 4th T20 Match

The RCB will kick of their campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad at M Chinaswamy, Bangalore. RCB will be led by the No.1 ranked T20 International (T20I) player Virat Kohli. Kohli has been in sensational form in the shortest format this year and it will not be surprising to see him fire in this tournament as well. Kohli generally opens the innings with Chris Gayle, but with the purchase of Shane Watson, he may drop himself to No. 3.

They will also heavily rely on Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers and Shane Watson for runs. Their bowling department received a huge setback as Mitchell Starc was ruled out of the tournament. They received another major blow as Samuel Badree injured his shoulder in the final of the T20 World Cup 2016, but he is expected to return soon.
