Delhi Daredevils (DD) is set to lose out INR 8 crores if the High Court does not clear Ferozshah Kotla s old club house for usage. DD are due to play their first home game in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 on Monday against visiting Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) team. A case on structural strength of the club house is pending in HC, meaning spectators and media personnel won t be permitted to sit in the stand.

DD could end up losing INR 1 crore from each game, apart from making INR 5 crores from gate money alone. According to Times of India, only camera personnel will be permitted on the second floor, while commentator s box will be shifted to first floor. The old club house seats about 2,300 people. DDCA staff offices will remain shut for the completion of the tournament.

As per IPL regulation, DD can shift their matches to Kanpur, Lucknow, Raipur, Indore and Rajkot.
