Gujarat Titans (GT) secured a great 59-run victory over Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their fifth match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season. The Shubman Gill-led side secured a significant gain in the standings, and climbed to the top spot in the IPL points table. As the team has 4 wins, GT are at the top place in the points table.
GT have taken over Delhi Capitals (DC), which is the only team that is undefeated so far. DC have 3 victories from 3 matches. They can gain their spot once again if they manage to defeat Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on April 10.
DC currently sit at the second spot, with Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the second and Punjab Kings at the third, respectively. Both the teams have 3 victories each from 4 matches. Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, have won only 2 out of their 5 matches, and are at the 7th place in the points table.
