IPL 2025 Updates Points Table: Latest standings after DC vs SRH washout in Hyderabad

The 55th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium ended with a non-thrilling outcome as constant rain forced the match with a washout. The match coming without a result has had some big implications in the playoff race, as DC remain up for contention while SRH have officially been eliminated.

As the match got abandoned, Delhi Capitals kept their fifth position on the table. They now have 6wins from 11 matches, and have 13 points with a Net Run Rate (NRR) of +0.362. The washout resulted in a greater blow to Sunrisers Hyderabad, who have now been moved to eighth position with just 3 wins in 11 matches and NRR of -1.192. This has confirmed their exit from the contention to playoffs.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru keep their top position with 8 victories with a strong NRR of +0.482. Punjab Kings are at the second place with 8 victories in 11 matches as well. They are at the second place just because of the NRR of +0.376.

Mumbai Indians are currently third with 7 wins and 4 losses, leaving them with 14 points, with a NRR of +1.274. Gujarat Titans closely follow them with 14 points in 10 matches and a NRR of +0.867.

Kolkata Knight Riders are still in competition with 11 points, but need strong performances/ Lucknow Super Giants suffered a shock with their recent loss to Punjab Kings, resulting in them having 10 points in 11 matches and a negative NRR of 0.469.
