His body was pulled from the Sabarmati River. The 84-year-old Santokh was in Ahmedabad to meet his grandson. He was missing since Friday. Santokh s family members had filed the missing report in Vastrapur police station. <p></p> <p></p>However, the Bumrah s family refused him from meeting or talking to the pacer. As per <i>Ahmedabad Mirror</i>, the report stated, He expressed a wish to meet his grandson on his birthday on December 5. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to meet Jasprit. On December 8, Santokh called his younger son Balvinder Singh, who lives in Jharkhand, and told him that he was leaving to meet his deceased wife. <p></p> <p></p>Rajinder, another son of Santokh, was quoted in a report as saying, When we went to meet Jasprit's mother DaljitKaur at a city school where she is a teacher, she refused to allow my father any contact with Jasprit. She even refused to share her son's phone number so that father could talk to him. My father was grief-stricken by this. He left home on Friday afternoon and never returned. <p></p> <p></p>On December 1, Santokh had arrived at his daughter s residence in hunt of meeting Bumrah. Sadly, he received no assistance from his daughter as well.
