Lalit Modi guilty of rigging IPL 2010 auctions: BCCI report

The Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) disciplinary committee submitted a 133-page report and found former Indian Premier League (IPL) Chairman Lalit Modi guilty of rigging the 2010 auction.
The committee comprising of Arun Jaitley, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Chirayu Amin found Modi guilty of favouring two franchises in the 2010 IPL auctions, according to the Times of India.
The report also states that Modi tried to form a rebel league and attempted to create differences between the BCCI and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
The report will be discussed when the Special General Meeting of the BCCI is held in Chennai on September 25.
