Just an hour before the official Ashes 2017-18 squad announcement by England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), England squad has been leaked. The 16-member squad has some new faces along with the fixed one. Joe Root will continue lead the side with no clear update on his deputy. Stokes was dropped for Wednesday’s fourth one-day international against West Indies at The Oval after being arrested early on Monday in Bristol. Gary Ballance makes a return to the Test arena after being dropped from the series against West Indies. James Vince also gets included.

Mark Stoneman, David Malan have retained their places from the West Indies series. Mason Crane, Ben Foakes and Craig Overton get their maiden Test call up for England.
