A last ball wicket for Wahab Riaz and an action packed match comes to an end seeing a totally unexpected result. Live Cricket Score, New Zealand 80/1 in overs 9, Batting: Colin Munro 49(23), Kane Williamson 20(28): And Munro has started the hard hitting. The last over of Umar Gul saw 23 runs coming. Pakistan need wickets here or the match will slip away from their hand. Williamson does not look interested in big hits and that is a good strategy as long as Munro is doing it at the other end.

Live Cricket Score, New Zealand 13/1 in overs 6, Batting: Colin Munro 30(13), Kane Williamson 10(20): And a drop catch! Shahid Afridi dropped an easy catch at cover and Williamson knew he was gone. Mohammad Aamer bowling at 141 kmph. New Zealand need to start hammering to get to the total. After missing 237 international matches for Pakistan, it is a good comeback.

Live Cricket Score, New Zealand 13/1 in overs 3, Batting: Colin Munro 2(3), Kane Williamson 4(13): Pakistan have started off quite well getting rid of the danger man Martin Guptill. But to ensure their victory, they will need more wickets as New Zealand has a long and strong batting line up. Munro has played very good cricket lately and is expected to do well here. Kane Williamson is taking time to settle down but he also needs to get going.

Live Cricket Score, Pakistan 90/3 in overs 12, Batting: Mohammad Hafeez 41(31), Umar Akmal 1(1): wickets falling at the other end in regular intervals but Hafeez looks determined. Live Cricket Score, Pakistan 52/1 in overs 6, Batting: Mohammad Hafeez 34(21), Sohaib Maqsood 0(1): Pakistan at back-foot losing their Shehzada for 16 runs. But Hafeez has started going for biggies and hitting Corey Anderson all over the ground. Huge sixth over for Pakistan as 18 runs come from it. Hafeez on fire!

OUT! Ahmed Shehzad c Elliott b Milne 16 (14)

Live Cricket Score, Pakistan 11/0 in overs 3, Batting: Mohammad Hafeez 4(9), Ahmed Shehzad 5(9): A brilliant first over from Matt Henry as he starts off with a maiden in a T20I match. Slow start from Pakistan as they have only 11 runs from the first three overs. They need to score fast runs as this is a T20 game. Boundaries have started coming from Mohammad Hafeez and Ahmed Shehzad which i a good news.

Toss: New Zealand won the toss and elected to field.

Pakistan will grab this opportunity to gain hold over the T20I matches as this will help them improve their performance before the line of T20I matches coming up. With inclusion of Mohammad Aamer, they seem to be comfortable and confident that the visitors can fall heavy on the hosts. On the other hand Kane Williamson has been handed over the responsibilities of captaincy and yet he is assured that his knock out will not be affected in the process. It will be interesting to see how the teams manage to capture the hold of the T20I series. All eyes will indefinably be on Aamer, who makes his comeback after spending 5 years away from cricket due to a spot fixing ban.
