South Africa are touring Down Under for a thrilling three-match Test series, expected to decide the fate on the Number one position in Test cricket.

South Africa captain Graeme Smith won the toss and decided to bat first against Australia at Gabba, Brisbane on Friday.

The series is expected to be a battle for the Numero Uno position as the visitors need to just level the series in order to maintain their position. On the other hand, the home side will have to beat the Proteas convincingly in order to regain the spot they had held for long.
