The Chittagong Vikings lost their last game to the table toppers Comilla Victorians. The Vikings batted first and put up a decent total of 136 in their 20 overs. Umar Akmal remained the highest scorer for them with his unbeaten 49. The Victorians made the chase look very easy as they put up a team effort and picked up the victory with two balls remaining.

The Dhaka Dynamites are also coming from a defeat as they lost it to the Rangpur Riders in the previous match. The Dynamites had posted 135 and their batting did not look good as no one could play any impactful innings. The chase by the Riders was equally challenging but they kept their cool and completed on a victorious note with 1.4 overs still in their hand.
