Toss: England Women won the toss and elected to bat.

The England side are currently one of the most sorted one. Their main strength is their skipper and most dependable batsman Charlotte Edwards. Apart from her, the top-order is heavy with Amy Jones and Sarah Taylor. One important member of the squad is Katherine Brunt who can help the team with both bat and ball. In the bowling deoartment, Anye Shrubsole has been quite successful while Natalie Sciver is also there.

Bangladesh, on the other hand, highly depend upon their all-rounder Rumana Ahmed. The player is enjoying one of the peaks of her career and successful with both bat and ball. The problem that Bangladesh Women are currently facing is with the long lost consistency of their players. The top-order have often failed to perform up to the expectation which pushed the responsibilities to the middle-order batsmen while the bowlers also lack consistency often leaking runs and remaining wicketless.
