Haryana and Rajasthan are currently at the bottom of league table of Group A. None of the teams have won single match as of yet and will be eyeing their first victory. Haryana has drawn four matches and are placed at number eight while Rajasthan has drawn three matches with five points in hand and are at the bottom of the table. Manjeet Singh is caught by NR Saini on the bowling of AH Hooda, he made 22 runs. Puneet Yadav came to the crease after Manjeet’s dismissal. At stumps on day one, Rajasthan were 75 for the loss of one wicket and were trailing by 37 runs. They now need just 57 runs to clear off the trail and they have all the 10 wickets in hand. Manjeet Singh and Vineet Saxena are batting pretty well on 22 and 30 respectively. They have struck four and three boundaries respectively. Vineet has also slammed a six. Rajasthan are going well and are in the driver’s seat in the match.

Haryana has somehow managed to draw their last game with Odisha as the bowlers failed miserably. Odisha put up 529 to chase and amongst the Haryana batsmen, only Nitin Saini reached 50 runs in the first innings. In their second innings, it was Chaitanya Bishnoi who remained unbeaten at 86 as Haryana made 250 to draw the match.
Rajasthan played their last match against Vidarbha who are at the second position in the table. Rajasthan’s first innings ended as they made 216 all out. The two batsmen who scored their individual half centuries are Puneet Yadav and Siddharth Dobal. Amongst the bowlers, it was Tanveer-Ul-Haq who took four important wickets that restricted Vidarbha by 247. In Rajasthan’s second innings, Ashok Menaria scored a commendable 76 off 92 while opener Vineet Saxena scored 54 and the contest ended in a draw. With both the teams at almost the same position, it will be interesting to see who clinch the much wanted victory.
