Hello and welcome to CricketCountry’s coverage of the charity T20 match between Help for Heroes XI and Rest of World XI at The Oval on Thursday. The teams are all set to include cricket’s mega stars in the form of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virender Sehwag, Brendon McCullum, along with the other cricketing legends in the form of Andrew Strauss, Graeme Smith, and Herschelle Gibbs. The match is being played in order to raise money and support the wounded, injured and sick service personnel along with their families. The Twenty20 match between the incredible Help for Heroes Cricket Club and the England Physical Disability Team is a form to entertain them apart from just hjelping them as well. The players participating in the match were a part of gala dinner as well a day before the game, hosted by Prime Minister, David Cameron at 10 Downing Street, which also turned out to be the eve of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. The match expects to be a cracker and there already is a hype regarding the macth all around the world. Catch all the updates here.

HFH have won the game by five wickets with MS Dhoni finishing off in style along with an exquisite boundary. £270k has been raised so far that would be donated to HFH. LIVE CRICKET SCORE ROW 65/1 in 9 overs: The 50 partnership is up between the two batsmen as as the score reads 65 for the loss of a wicket in the form of South African great Graeme Smith. As the spinners continue to bowl, the batsmen are set to take them apart.

 

 

LIVE CRICKET SCORE ROW 57/1 in 8 overs: Tight over from Graeme Swann as just five runs have come so fasr in this over. However, it’s more to come from the batsman as everyone is well aware of the class of Hayden and Lara.

LIVE CRICKET SCORE ROW 52/1 in 7 overs:  50 up for the ROW as Hayden (24) and Lara (8) are taking apart the bowlers. Seven overs for the first 50 and with 13 overs to go, it’s still early to call about a possible score.
