England had a wonderful start to the tournament as they won all their three encounters in the group stage but lost the crucial knock out game in the quarter-finals against Sri Lanka. Toss: Namibia Under-19 won the toss and chose to field

England won their game against Fiji, West Indies and Zimbabwe but lost the quarter-final game against Sri Lanka as the latter won the game by six wickets. Namibia won their group stage games against Scotland, South Africa but endured a defeat against Bangladesh. They locked horns with India in the quarter-finals which the latter won by 197 runs.

The ICC Under-19 World Cup is reaching its business end and the struggle for the fifth place heats up. The winner of the match will finish fifth in the tournament which will not be a particularly bad place to finish, considering the number of talented nations participated in the tournament. The match is being scheduled at Fatullah which has been a wonderful venue. Expect an enticing clash when these two giants face off in the semi-final for the 5th place.
