Hello everyone and a very warm welcome to CricketCountry’s coverage of the second day’s play of the second unofficial Test between India A and Australia A. India A won the toss and elected to bat first but where in tatters when the Australian A bowlers had them reeling at 56 for four. It was Karun Nair’s fifty that got India past total of 100 runs. India were eventually bowled out for 135. Australia A have started well and will want to build a huge lead to put the home side under pressure. Australia A do not quite have an experienced batting line-up in these conditions and will want their skipper Usman Khawaja to lead them from the front with the bat. He will need support though as the Indian spinners will wish to extract something from the surface.
