India is set to take on Australia in the fourth One-Day International (ODI) of the seven-match series at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) Stadium in Ranchi on Wednesday.

After losing the first encounter at Pune, India returned in convincing fashion to beat the visitors by nine wickets at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Wednesday. On Saturday Australia pulled out an incredible heist and beat the hosts by four wickets.

Indian batsmen have been in good form. After Yuvraj Singh’s splendid knock in the T20 match, Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli showed their and stamped their authority in the second ODI. In the third ODI skipper MS Dhoni stood up and scored an unbeaten 139 that helped India post a score in excess of 300.

However, Indian bowling has been a cause of concern so far in the tournament.
