Adelaide: Jan 26, 2012

Australia pacer Peter Siddle bagged two wickets in the first session to leave India struggling at 122 for five at lunch on the third day of the final Test at the Adelaide Oval.

After resuming their innings at their overnight score of 61 for two, India were jolted early by Siddle when he had Sachin Tendulkar caught by Ricky Ponting at the second slip for 25.

The Little Master fell once again to Siddle in the Test series and his wait for the 100th international ton will continue.

Siddle soon added more to India s woes when he dismissed Gambhir off a short delivery, caught by Michael Hussey. Gambhir faced 94 deliveries during his innings of 34, which included four boundaries.

VVS Laxman once again failed with the bat when spinner Nathan Lyon had him caught by wicketkeeper Brad Haddin for 18.

Virat Kohli was batting on 21 accompanied by Wriddhiman Saha, batting on five, at the end of the first session.
