Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar finally completed his record 100th international century as India reached 289 for five against Bangladesh in the fourth ODI match of Asia Cup 2012 at Mirpur.
The Little Master achieved the feat during his innings of 114 off 147 balls, hitting 12 boundaries and two sixes.
He also made the record of hitting most boundaries in ODIs – 2000 during his historic innings.
He added 148 runs with Virat Kohli for the second wicket, and another 86 for the third with Suresh Raina to strengthen India’s hold on the game.
Kohli made a fluent 66 off 82 balls including five boundaries.
Raina too slammed a half-century, scoring a quickfire 51 off 38 balls hitting five fours and two sixes.
