By Rishad DSouza Last Updated on - August 31, 2016 2:31 PM IST

Hello and welcome to CricketCountry’s live coverage of the second Twenty20 International (T20I) between India and South Africa at the Barbati Stadium in Cuttack on Monday. I am Rishad D’Souza and I will bring you all the live updates and scores from this match. After South Africa’s thrilling victory in the opening T20I, India will be looking for win to bring themselves back in the three-match T20I series. A few iffy umpiring decisions mixed with an excellent innings from JP Duminy and some poor death bowling from India meant that South Africa were able to pull off a win with two balls remaining. Rohit Sharma’s excellent century went in vain, and he will be keen to put up another good performance. India are going to have to overcome the disappointment of losing a close match, and they will need to do so quickly. Both teams batted well in the first match, but the bowling took a pounding on each occasion. Albie Morkel is man of the match for his three wickets taken in four overs from which he conceded a miserly 12 runs.

Live cricket score South Africa 96/4 | Overs 17.1 | Batting: JP Duminy 30(39), David Miller 10(8): And that’s it, South Africa have won the match and the series. The outcome was barely in question following the first innings, but India’s spinners still tried to pull things back. Fittingly Duminy finished the game with a four to become the top-scorer in the match at 30 runs. The match was marred by poor crowd behaviour. India will look to win the final T20I.

Live cricket score South Africa 79/4 | Overs 15 | Batting: JP Duminy 23(32), David Miller 2(2): Play resumes as the top tiers of the stadium has been emptied. If the match is called off South Africa will win the game on D/L method.
