Beginning with India, we will see the likes of Basil Thampi, Deepak Hooda, Jaydev Undadkat and Mohammed Siraj take field. Sri Lanka too have roped in young blood with the inclusion of Janith Perera, Dushmantha Chameera, Vishwa Fernando and Chaturanga de Silva.

Marquee players from both sides are missing, namely Virat Kohli and Lasith Malinga. Kohli is currently on his honeymoon, while Malinga was dropped from the national side.
