TOSS: Karachi Kings have won the toss and have elected to bowl first

Mohammad Aamer made a triumphant return to the Pakistan national side during their tour of New Zealand. He played the T20 International (T20I) series as well as the ODIs and was one of the better bowlers for Pakistan. After impressing in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) recently, he will look forward to continuing his good run of form in the PSL as well. But the team also have other bowlers like Sohail Tanvir, Sohail Khan and Bilawal Bhatti to make up for it. Shakib-al-Hasan’s all-round abilities will come in handy as well.

The Qalandars too have some excellent players. Chris Gayle, one of the most hard-hitting players in the world will play for them. His national teammates Kevon Cooper and Dwayne Bravo too will be a part of this team. The Qalandars suffered a major blow when they found out that the newly found Bangladeshi sensation will not play for them as he is nursing a shoulder injury. The team is not short of Pakistani talent as well as Umar Akmal, Yasir Shah and Mohammad Rizwan will be looking to impress as well.
