Live Cricket Score England 210/4 | Overs 41 | BATTING: James Taylor 67(69), Jos Buttler 49(50): A fantastic display of batting by James Taylor and a great supporting role played by Jos Buttler seals the game for England. They now lead the four-match series 2-1. Taylor played very well against the vicious turn using his feet and cashing in on anything loose. Buttler was unsettled early on but settled into a fine rhythm later. Buttler sealed the game with a six.

Live Cricket Score England 93/4 | Overs 22 | BATTING: James Taylor 1 (4), Jos Buttler 0 (1): Pakistan have roared back in this game! There is immense spin  on offer and Zafar Gohar and Shoaib Malik are cashing in. Gohar first got Hales edging to first slip and in the next over Morgan was clean bowled by Malik. Morgan was Malik’s 150th ODI wicket and what a crucial wicket in a crunch situation to reach the milestone too. Two new batsmen at the crease against a viciously turning ball. OUT! Alex Hales 30 (49) c Rizwan b Gohar, OUT! Morgan 35 (58) b Shoaib Malik

Live Cricket Score England 84/2 | Overs 20 | BATTING: Alex Hales 28(46), Eoin Morgan 32(53): Eoin Morgan and Alex Hales have settled into a neat partnership. They’re being challenged by sharp turn however, and have already had a couple of close lbw calls by Zafar Gohar and Shoaib Malik. A wicket here will make things very interesting

Live Cricket Score England 30/2 | Overs 7 | BATTING: Alex Hales 9(18), Eoin Morgan 2(4): Pakistan is more in  this game than England fans would like to believe. That’s some good short bowling by the Pakistanis and they are generating astonishing bounce! So far the wickets have not fallen off short balls but in large part due to the pressure created by them. How else do you explain Joe Root getting out off a low full toss? OUT! Joe Root 11(14) c Iftikhar Ahmed b Zafar Gohar

Live Cricket Score England 13/1 | Overs 3 | BATTING: Alex Hales 5(8), Joe Root 1(4): Pakistan needed an early breakthrough and Mohammad Irfan has produced just that! He’s gotten rid of Jason Roy. Roy was trying to chip it over cover but extra bounce and perhaps the pitch holding up did him in. Joe Root is the new man in. OUT! Jason Roy 6(7) c Malik b Irfan

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 208 | Overs 49.5 | BATTING: Wahab Riaz 33(35): That’s a nice little gem by Wahab Riaz that gives Pakistan a sliver of hope to win this match. Riaz struck a few meaty sixes and his rotation of strike was also rather convincing. He remained unbeaten till the end. Mohammad Irfan was the last wicket to fall giving Chris Woakes his fourth wicket. OUT! Mohammad Irfan 0(7) b Woakes

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 194/9 | Overs 48 | BATTING: Wahab Riaz 19(25), Mohammad Irfan 0(4): After a small little partnership with Wahab Riaz, Zafar Gohar has to depart for a run-a-ball 15. Wahab Riaz has to now try and score as many as possible with only Mohammad Irfan to contend with at the other end. Perhaps if Pakistan get to 200 it will be a slightly defendable score. OUT! Anwar Ali 7(19) c Ali b Topley, OUT! Shoaib Malik 16(29) run out, OUT! Zafar Gohar 15(15) c Buttler b Woakes

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 146/6 | Overs 36 | BATTING: Anwar Ali 0(1), Shoaib Malik 9(21): And yet another wicket! This is dismal from Pakistan, England’s win in this game looking almost certain now. Iftikhar Ahmed top edged one Chris Woakes short ball to deep square leg. It’s been a remarkable turn around by England. OUT! Iftikhar Ahmed 3(10) c Root b Woakes

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 138/5 | Overs 33 | BATTING: Iftikhar Ahmed 0(4), Shoaib Malik 4(10): Pakistan have gone from looking steady to collapsing in a matter of four overs! It started with David Willey getting rid of a bogged down Hafeez in the 30th over, Moeen Ali dismissed Sarfraz Ahmed the next over and Mohammad Rizwan was run out in a horrible mix up two overs later much to the disappointment of Shoaib Malik at the other end. OUT! Hafeez 45(71) c Root b Willey, OUT! Sarfraz Ahmed 26 (26) c Chris Jordan b Ali, OUT! Mohammad Rizwan run out 1(3)

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 121/2 | Overs 26 | BATTING: Mohammad Hafeez 41(57), Sarfraz Ahmed 20(14): Pakistan lost Azhar Ali in the 20th over but Sarfraz Ahmed has come in and played some amazing shots to complement the in-form Mohammad Hafeez. This is probably the most important partnership for Pakistan.

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 79/1 | Overs 17 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 31(49), Mohammad Hafeez 24(23): Mohammad Hafeez seems to be in the mood for a belligerent big knock today. He’s taken a liking to the oft inaccurate Adil Rashid. Smashed him for a slightly risky four and a six in the previous over. He’s looked fairly good against the others too.

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 50/1 | Overs 12 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 22(37), Mohammad Hafeez 4(5): Woakes was persisting with the short ball in what seemed like a frustrating exercise for the Pakistani batsmen and it’s done the trick. Azam who was looking steady has top edged a hook to fine leg where Adil Rashid took a nice catch. England have made the breakthrough. Hafeez is the new man in. OUT! Babar Azam 22(30) c Rashid b Woakes

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 43/0 | Overs 10 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 20(34), Babar Azam 21(26): It was not the most ideal start for Pakistan in terms of run rate but they’ve settled into a good rhythm now. That six Azhar hit of Woakes has done his timing a great deal of good. Babar Azam has been active from the start of the innings.

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 30/0 | Overs 7 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 16(27), Babar Azam 13(15): Azhar Ali was struggling a bit and just needed to break the shackles a bit. He does that by launching Chris Woakes over long off for a mighty six! That should do his mindset some good. Not the ideal start for Chris Woakes.

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 12/0 | Overs 4 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 8(16), Babar Azam 3(8): Pakistan batsmen gaining in confidence with every ball. Some good, confident drives have been on display already. England will want to make a breakthrough before they get into full flourish.

Live Cricket Score Pakistan 5/0 | Overs 2 | BATTING: Azhar Ali 2(5), Babar Azam 2(7): That’s a solid opening two overs for Pakistan, just taking measure of the nature of the surface. Looks like a decent surface to bat on with some amount of assistance for the bowlers too. David Willey and Reece Topley opening the bowling. England have been sharp in the field so far.

Zafar Gohar makes his ODI debut and he was handed his cap by Rameez Raza.

TOSS: Pakistan have won the toss and opted to bat first

Pakistan are looking for the right combination to win the third day-night international against England in Sharjah on Tuesday, with skipper Azhar Ali admitting his team needs to improve. Seeking a sixth bowler in the limited over series, Pakistan have not been able to include opener Ahmed Shehzad in the first two matches, with the scoreline reading 1-1. Pakistan won the first encounter by six wickets while England fought back to level the series with a 95-run win – both matches in Abu Dhabi. They may be forced to leave out leg-spinner Yasir Shah who is nursing a knee injury and will be assessed before the match. Azhar said Pakistan suffered multiple problems and was forced to use 11 different opening combinations in the last 12 months, reports AFP. Pakistan vs England 2015, 3rd ODI at Sharjah, Preview
