England restricted Pakistani batting for a low score of 222 runs in the third One-Day International (ODI) of the four-match ODI series at Dubai on Saturday.
Pacers Stuart Broad and Steve Finn led the demolition by grabbing three wickets each. Finn began dismantling Pakistani top-order as Imran Farhat was dismissed in the fourth over.
Finn was well supported by Broad who gave crucial blows to Pakistan with wickets of Pakistani captain Misbah and in-form Umar Akmal.
Earlier, winning the toss, Pakistani captain Misbah-ul Haq chose to bat first but his decision wasn t supported by his batsmen who once again failed to show up in the ongoing ODI series.
Shahid Afridi top scored for Pakistan with 51 runs.
